Usage:
CCM (Catalyst Coated Membrane) production process:
Prepare the slurry using a catalyst alcohol mixed solvent anion exchange resin solution (5wt%). Coat the catalyst slurry on both sides of the anion exchange membrane on a hot plate to obtain Cl - type CCM. Ion exchange can be carried out according to demand.
GDE electrode manufacturing process:
Prepare a slurry using a catalyst alcohol mixed solvent anion exchange resin solution (5wt%) and coat the catalyst slurry on the surface of the collector on a hot plate. Perform ion exchange on the current collector electrode and anion exchange membrane according to the requirements.
Notes:
The recommended storage temperature for resin solution is between 20-35 ° C, humidity is between 50-60% RH, and the container should be kept closed
Please avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources and dust when storing resin solutions
During transportation or handling, handle with care and avoid severe impacts or vibrations as much as possible
